Position/Title: Chief Cost Estimator/Coordinator
Duties: Prepare, organize and coordinate cost estimates for constructions projects, including labor, materials and time requirements. Manage company level calendars for job estimates and project meetings. Analyze potential new projects for the company to bid on. Manage lead generating system and accounts. Collaborate with Estimators on market costs for estimates and/or change requests. Follow up with General Contractors and other partners on previously submitted estimates. Visit job sites for potential job leads and record relevant information regarding access, drainage and topography, and availability of utilities.
Requirements: Master's degree in Construction Management or related degree
